anybody got a number to call for advice on best course of action to deal with rspca

If it's a hunting related issue Clive Rees is a very nice friendly fella....more than helpful....ring him.....

the man will

Have yer fooking pants down . he's fooking useless and like a rhino. Charges for fook all.

Clive Reece is a diamond. He's helped me a couple of times. Luckily he didn't need to come to court but he gave me his prices up front and they weren't silly.

He told me exactly what to say at the first hearing and advised me throughout.

Never had a penny off me. Top bloke.

you see mine was far more serious. I was caught Fingering a trout.

They have NO rights to enter your premises, if they really want access they need to get a real policeman with a warrant to get past the door, even if you have nothing to hide tell them to do one.

Theres a thread/post on here somewhere about the RSPCA and their rights. It would be a good idea to pin it IMO.   Mods?   Cheers, D.

I was simply pointing out that just because one person has "heard" something bad about him it can't be taken as gospel that the guy is a c**t.

He can only give advice based on what he's told...

Plus I had first hand experience with his prices. And for what he was going to charge I bought myself a new merc.

He was going to travel 200 miles to court and get us off the hook for £1000. That was for 4 of us. Pretty reasonable I think. Like I said he didn't have to come in the end. His advice was enough. Sent him a bottle of whiskey for his troubles though.

Listen gaz.glad it worked out.maybe my case was a bit more serious and the other lads I kno

Was.i got a friend of mine who's a solicitor in the end.who knew nothing about the hunting act.

Hes does now tho. Of course I wasn't guilty and my mate proved that.

Clive was going to charge me to appear in court with me to plead not guilty and of course it was going to get adjourned

So then we would have to go to court and Clive could have pulled my pants down again and slap my arse.

Like I say if he did you ok then fair play. But I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

if the rspca come never accept there caution just shut the the door they are not the police if you have dogs taken then get your vet to take weights/ pics of the conditions of the dogs or if the dogs need any ops or meds and insist on seeing the dogs daily and take pics of the conditions there kept in if you think there not right and get legal advice and never admit to nothing

I Had them round a few times,I stupidly let them in the first time and got non stop cards/threats through the letter box.

They backed off for a while then came back,I just told them straight away to feck off and he said he'd be back with the police,so I beat him to it and called 101 myself explained they were harassing me and that the last one was threatening,I said I'll happily show the police around but not them.

The police came and had a look around, said it looked great and they'd have a word with the 'inspector',that was 2 years ago and I've had no problems since.

I don't know if that's the right thing to do for you,but I'll be doing the exact same again if they ever come back.

If they've been twice & the dogs where inside simply point out that it must be someone

with a grudge as the dogs are kept inside as they know so there is no case to answer

as it's obviously someone trying to cause mischief.so f**k off miethering as you have

better things to do

he earns his living as a lawyer specialising in hunting hunting cases, his charges are no different to any other specialist solicitor. Because your mate did you a favour then clive is now a so and so because he was going to charge you for his services
