ran in to a old woman lay in a bush next to 1 of my farms i hunt went to see if ok she was feeding cats i asked if thay had bin dumped and y not just report them to rspca or sumwher she tells me that the cats protection league had let them go ther so i sed thay dumped them ther ment to protect them but ther no torking to sum people

Why don't you start feeding them yourself and claim them as yours if that's all it took this woman to claim them? Who can prove otherwise. That way, you can do with them whatever you want, legally of course
