craigynewall 28
Just wondering if its a good idea getting my female harris trained to gull an crow as their is a huge number round my way that all just sit in the fields in huge flocks. Also wondering how you go abouut getting her to go for them carnt find gull lures or anything anywher. My mates female is amazing on them guranteed catch every time he flys her but he didnt need to train her she automatically got the taste for them and been smashing them ever since. Mine doesnt go for them but just wondering if thers a way to get her tuned to them?? Thanks. Quote Link to post

charlie caller 3,654
That and let your bird see his grab one (assuming you have not already done so) might do the trick. 2 Quote Link to post

No mate i dont take myn out with his anymore as first time we flew them together his bird kept trying to foot mine and just basically doesnt like my bird been there. Myn flys good in a cast with my other 2 friends males but the 2 females just carnt seem to get along. Strange.. His female is a right fiesty fka goes for anything that moves which isnt my cup of tea really but i do love how it works the gulls and crows. Quote Link to post

Dont worry mate il be extra carefull thanks for the advice lads. Quote Link to post
