same way you break any terrier. get it out after its jabs lead train it and get it in amongst sheep cows horses and whatever you need it to be broke to. give it a long lead and tell it NO. if it shows interest be firm... but no need to hit a pup. if it persists again say no firmly combined with a sharp jerk on the leash. repeat as often as nessesary. once it starts to gets the idea get it in amongst as much stock as possible as often as possible. in around farmsteads and out in the fields you can run these sessions alongside obedience training. this is what i do and it works fine. you can start earlier if you own ferrets. :thumbs: good luck with your pup

 

edited to add that you are teaching the pup long before it his a farm. be consistant and use the same command every time your pup is not allowed to do or have something..this way it will understand what is forbidden. by word asociation.
