Any tips for shooting squirrels?

Went out earlier on and dont get a chance to get a shot at them, they seem faster this year.

If i make a hide whats the best way to make them come in my direction and keep them there long enough?

Feed them, put up a feeder or use blobs of peanut butter where you see them run. They will soon find it and feed!

Hopefully this will work for me aswell when i build a hide.

Got birdssed and peanut butter to try might get some bigger nuts aswell

Get a 12 bore seriously as said blobs of peanut butter where they run, also I have made mini pheasant style feeders, and once they discover the corn they will be at it all the time just sit and wait, that is a great way to shoot them.

I f you dont want to sit and wait .you can go round kicking the tree that there nests are in or shoot at the nests, sometimes the squirrels run out .

Ive shot quite a few this year that just seem to sit shouting at me, couldn't be any more obliging really.

Not many squirrels around this year ive found , think ive shot about 2 this year last year must have shot about 4O . How are you chaps finding squizz numbers

I just go down to the local park with a sub-machine gun. sorry, what I meant to say was it is best if there is a couple of you, one each side of the tree. me and a mate had gun fun drey poking as could get anything up to 8 from one drey!
