the_stig 6,614
England are missing a Lineker, Owen,Fowler,Keegan,Shearer. GAZZA, Henderson ffs our defence is mediocre at Best Roy has to build a team for the next Euros. Bring Youth in and try and develope them Use the world cup next year to blood them. I think he`s done ok given what he`s had to work with --time to put a squad together now and work with them I really cant fault him he`s blooded some new players and younger mixed em in with the older players imo just got to get the balance right not going to be world beaters but theres the makings of a side that should hold their own ------------- don't think theres the likes of the owen`s fowlers linekers and shearers at that level in the prem these days ... Suzy Ross 236
3-1 to England Rooney Lambert Townsend What a game........ Rooney was on fire, a hat trick before half time!!!! Oh sorry, I'm thinking of his Man U understudy, Ronaldo. Was England's top striker playing? I must admit, I thought England done not to bad. Only getting best 1-0 by Germany's youth team was better than I thought it would be. Lets face it, we knew you'd get beat cos your pish but I thought you'd have got grubbed so well done Hart. As for the fans, 2 games in a trot they've booed the team off the park...... Sad

Spot on, Cleverley shite replaced by Wilshere shite....Gerrard ran his socks off covering for other players all night, sorting the midfield could be the missing piece of the puzzle! You think the defense and attack are ok? The strikers are good and the defense isn't bad at all, i thought Jagielka and Cole both had a good game last night, as did Hart in goal. Right back is suspect but the rest of defense is strong.. Remember England were only beaten by a goal from a defender who towered above his marker, hardly a drubbing and hardly worthy of changing much

Hart played his best in weeks, says it all for me.

I was at the game last night it was no different for me than any other saturday aftenoon watching West Ham in that playing one of the top sides in the game you dont expect very much.......the fact we bossed the game in the first half and over 90 minutes was only a whisker away from a draw im pleased with that. In everyday life we all piss and moan about foreigners and the lack of guts our government has and how nobody has pride in the country anymore....................yet so called passionate football fans wont get behind our national team because we cant win anything !!!!.....Just about sums up our societies in general these days.
