You can't beat a spot of Seaweed for dinner can ye. Here in Norfolk we like nothing better in June to september in the season to get out and eat Seaweed, Samphire is the stuff. there's nothing better than to get out on the Marsh earley in the mornings or wetland dunes and pick it, get it boiled up with some butter, Salt and vinegar :notworthy:, Here's a link to it and what it looks like. anyone else ever tried it?
