How do I adjust the triggers on these so they are really sensitive? It takes a good shove on the wire to set off the trap. Also how do you set up the wire on yours for best effect?

The ones I have the dog thing sits on the trigger properly but they still take quite a bit of pressure to fire them? When its set there is still a gap in the semi circular groove at the top above the trigger.

you have just answered your own question then havnt you ?? file the face of the dog and along the grove until there is no gap then it will fire off faster

Cheers, I didn't want to go filing the feck out of them and then realise i've bollocksed it up, think twice- cut once. They're a bit cheaper in the states for people to practise on aren't they

That just shows how to reduce the play in the trigger and doesnt show how to make it more sensitive. A stoat could probably run through without it going off. I'm going to try a bit more filing in a bit and see how i get on.
