And listen to the commentators going MENTAL!

feck me I thought I was crazy going down the steps at the leisure centre on my bike

For those who think theres no fitness in it.. belive me there is, a good 10 min downhill course takes its toll peddaling or no peddaling. I do a bit myself

Know what youre saying mate but hes a top level athlete not some fat bloke who goes for a spin on weekend.and yes his training will be a bit different to enduro or road riders but it still takes fitness skill and a lot more balls.been into bikes years and still ride regular got few 80s road bikes and some retro mtbs and a dodgy back to go with them lol.you ride much mate

Wow I thought the first clip was good, but that guy on unicycle must be fit as fookery, I thought they was for clowns lol obviously not lol

Any of you bike heads recommend an entry level bike for a 7 year old lad? He really wants to start getting off-road and into the moors and forestry local, it won't be downhill tho just riding to keep him fit??

No worries (Goatdeluxe)...you've gotta ask. Got a '95 colombus elip Explosif in maroon, lovely frame to rip for 30 miles but after that it's a bit too harsh, not compliant enuf for me body size (i'd need one a size too small if i was useing it for jaunts)...the model under the explosif, was it called the kilaeau (close enuf) is the nicest, especially from 95 in a tange prestige tubeset....(Tan it all day-just the reet amount of flex).

got 97 kila always wanted the ti hei hei from early 90s
