If it's just started happening dog will be losing weight in cold weather, fetch him I doors feed him GOOD grub and get his kennel box well insulated

Cold nights and alot of work can take its toll on a dog. Worm it and get some fatty meat down it. Might help to rug it up overnight if its kenneled. Atb

 

The kennel is 12ft x4ft and in that is a 4ftx4ft closed section that is insulated and has a stable door on that i leave only the bottom half open. They sleep in standard plastic beds with bedding (couple of old throws) in them. Hes fed on james wellbeloved dry i couldnt tell you the percentages but it costs enough :)

just over an hours drive from stoke on a tuesday evening you can buy 60lb of minced chicken in frozen 5lb blocks for 15 quid, also beef and tripe, australian formula is about 17 quid a bag he also sells red mills and most other premium dried at realistic prices, another way of doing the beds is a raised bedboard with a 9 inch front board and filled with shredded wax paper, i have this setup in a 6 x 3 shed insulated and lined with plywood, i have a heat lamp too if its needed

Marrow bones not a good idea, especially in shared kennels. Marrow bones take ages for a dog to grind down, and the fact that they lie around for ages means that there is more reason for kennel fights. Also, grinding away on marrow bones can wear a dog's teeth down: eventually. You would be much better off feeding lamb ribs and fat.

 

Whatever you do, do not leave bones in a shared kennel!

Wormed with that as mentioned above. And yes got a whole slab of beef fat and offcuts cut up into the dry mix. Kipping them in a heated out house at night now. And ye skycat just got the bones as a treat every now and then not to leave in

The kennel that wold be a recipe for disaster!
