Qbgrey 4,086 Posted November 10, 2013 Report Share Posted November 10, 2013 i usea 250watt red bulb,only thing to consider is how close to put it,if your kennel is massive you may need a 500watt light.but dont put it to close to dog.its a good idea to have a place for dog to get out of heat if it wants too.
