unlacedgecko 1,467
Bad exits, nothing more or less According to the comments he clipped his weapon bundle on incorrectly, in both instances. In Oman 2010 the port side para door handle came off in the hand of the Royal Omani Air Force jump master. So they had the port stick jump from the starboard door, but didn't bother to switch legs for their Bergen/weapon bundles. It all went swimmingly, until the little guy with the GPMG equivalent went to jump. The weapon got stuck in the fuselage and the poor f****r spent 20mins flapping against the outside of the plane. The Omani jump staff started to f**k about with the HUPRA kit, before the accompanying RAF Jump master pointed out to them what the problem was. When they pulled the para back in his face was whiter than a white thing, and his knee was the size of a f***ing football. This was the same crew who almost lost a loadie when the plane banked, and he was showing off not stopped on. Clinging onto the door by his finger tips I bet his arse was doing 5p bin lid. THE STIFFMEISTER 16,643
Well said gecko, if you get tight and follow the drills then lobbing is no more dangerous than the next thing, there's always a back story to anything going wrong in the plane

I'm taking the f*****g plane with me lol Thought that landing with two chutes flying was worse than landing with none...rather be dead than known as a flapper lol.
B.P.R 2,798
How it should be done.... thats better lol but seriously that must be the most scariest thing ever......... it would take mahoosive cajones to jump out of a plane again after that.......... That loadie we pulled back in.... was whiter than a sheet.... when we eventually got him up... his neck was marked quite badly....and instead of bouncing around checking 'stuff'....like they ususlly do.... He sat in an empty seat and buckled himself in ...
