I didnt mean £50 to dress a deer out i ment to buy one jointed for £50?

 

Where is everyone getting these good game deal from?

 

£50 for a full, jointed deer? I normally pay by the kilo... Is it Roe? even if it is thats a bloody good deal in my opinion I want two please!

Dunno wheather or not it's a fair price but I sell Duck and Pheasant breasts (takes 10mins to breast a dozen birds) £5 a brace (four breasts) to folks at work. I make rabbit burgers as well that I'll probably sell at 75p a burger.

 

I'm not gonna retire early but it all goes in a pot and end of season I should have a nice little bonus.

I asked the butcher last week how much ..... quoted three quid to skin and gut a rabbit for me .

ye I wasn't,t impressed I work beside the butchers father and he was to ask for me , I explained I did a sheep and only got eleven kilo in total of mutton off it he said that sounds about right

is this butcher for real £3 to skin and gut a rabbit.and then if you try sell them to the butchers round here your lucky if you get £1.75 each and thats dressed

Aye ask them about there prices they will tell you they have overheads wages etc
