B.P.R 2,798
Alright lads.... Made two of these catapults...decided to keep one... and auction off the other.... Made from 2 sheets of birch ply (otherwise known as multiplex) ... high grade..... super strong.... Pinky hole...which sits your finger in nicely to get a good....secure hold.... Scolloped fork tips...which IMO keep the bands centered on the forks...and aids with aiming... This has been made for a right handed shooter...with comfort and hold in mind..... not just cut out...without thought to hand shape etc .... Fits the hand nicely.... Banded with DOUBLE THERABAND GOLD.... tapered 25 to 20mm..... no fcuking about with these.... Finished with 3 coats danish oil....and 3 coats of polyurethane.... for a durable finish... Now money is to go to my movember page...which paulus has linked... Its in memory of a friend who was killed earlier this year in afghanistan...leaving behind his wife who was 32 weeks pregnant.... This is a great cause.... and i hope everybody can pull together to raise funds for this.... Thankyou everybody who has already donated to this... its really appreciated..... A few more pics. Cheers.... Edited November 7, 2013 by B.P.R

kranky 507
£35. I paid more than that for a mass produced Dankung today. This is a handmade piece.
RossM 8,119
I'm left handed........ Bugger.
kranky 507
I'm right handed, so I hold my catty in my left hand and pull with my right hand. This one would suit a left handed shooter or a right handed one who holds the catty in their right.
B.P.R 2,798
Yep...catty is for somebody who holds it in their RIGHT hand... ... If a lefty desires one similar.... win the bidding... and ill make one for the left..... will take a few weeks as im back to work ...
