They are not shutting it as ive said on the other thred malt Every ship yard on every major port has built war ships over the years The ships we construct are now that specialist the hulls can be built in any yard its what goes in them that matters and half of it is put together inland then fitted at sites witch have the skill base The yanks have done the same there trad yard at norfolk no longer build just maintain and refit. But in this case there is a bit of one up man ship going on a challenge has been thrown down.
