Can't see how this stuff will benefit the lurcher scene. And I have used 20 grand plus thermal cameras, night vision kits etc.

If the game ur after is that lamp shy, move elsewhere. Simples.

If you need NV to catch rabbits at night with your dog, it's time to hang up the lead. Deadly piece of equipment for air rifles though.

please tell me how this stuff will benefit anyone with lurchers, as already stated to be used in dark open fields they require a large amount of ir light that can be seen from miles away with another nv unit, a normal lamp and filter will do the same job with less to carry and less to go wrong

 

 

But a lamp can be seen from miles away by anyone with a naked eye, far further than any NV unit.

I know how far. I've got a couple of units myself. It's not as far as you seem to think. But my point is, you're relying on someone else having an NV unit and being within range. Most people have got eyes and can see lamps for miles. Go to the North downs or Sailsbury Plaun and you'll see what I mean.

I use a recon 750r it will pick up ir from a nm800 or marky t20 over 2 miles away we tested it to find out

an ip address is of no use to anyone as each time you turn your router off and on it will change, most people with half a brain will work out who you are if you don't change your attitude/style after changing your username
