ducks! 6000 of the shitting, greedy we buggers! same only 4 weeks old!the next day they flooded the place and had to go to the outdoor runs

hell of a big place and set up there pk, nice to see an organised, clean and tidy set up like that, a place with a bit of standard about it.

Is it a game farm or are they for a shoot you worked on

both we used to rear all our own and sell the rest.......and some years depending on how the boss was feeling and what orders we had, we would sell all the pheasants and buy our 13,000 in  you see ours were real good birds reared in small sheds on grass so they could sell for as much as four fifty a bird but we could buy in for 2.80 a bird, the down side is bought in stuff was shite and we had a struggle with it, but thats why you have good keepers. its all about the bottom line at the end of the day :blink:

Will try and get some pics off the shoot I was underkeeper on, nearly 100 partridge sheds for gamefarming and 13000 partridge and pheasant for the shoot. 2 of us done that, my mate started gamefarming 2 year ago and does 45000 mostly on his Todd. Gets a hand when bitting, catching up.
