shell 42
As if Police helicopters watching what we're doing, or antis with huge telephoto lenses, or undercover RSPCA officials, isn't enough... what about this ? Some of you might have already seen it, it's an oldish article. But then again, very few members on here will have heard of the New Scientist, never mind read it. Anyway here's the article. This only applies I suppose if you're actually out in the field, actually working your dogs, as opposed to talking pish from your armchair. All the best Malc

Brewman 1,192
Surveillance is a tricky subject lawfully, for a government agency eg police to carry it out they need a RIPA to carry it out. Also for a an individual to carry it out on private property with a drone and a legally held firearm holder shoots it down having mistaken it for a Bird then it's tough shite for the drone owner. As RT said it won't last. And as the arsepca are a charity they'll never get authorisation for it, if they do use it they're on dodgy ground.

ChrisJones 7,975
Paranoia... So what if they send these things up? They have to have a good idea that you are where they think you are. Or they're just cruising around burning time and money. Antis are getting less and less. This is a great way to make you think they can watch you all the time.

Astral 253
I am hugely anti this new wave of surveillance techniques using drones. These things can be tiny, Flit over your house, land or follow you without you knowing. Better be prepared to face my catty if I see one! Haha, seriously though this is bad all round... Very true but these are a bunch of hippies trying to make you scared. Question is do you let them? I am hugely anti this new wave of surveillance techniques using drones. What's the legality of this private surveillance? More to the point what choke/load would you recommend?
