Born Hunter 17,820
That's a pretty amazing story, not sure if a few bits are a bit fictional to add to the story mind. Shepherds are special animals indeed. I'd love one.

I'm not saying anything isn't true, but I find it hard to believe the dog knew his master had be injured hundreds of miles away. The rest though
scothunter 12,609
The guy who found tutankamens tomb, when he died in his bed.his dog got up from its bed gave a howl nd dropped down dead. and recently the bomb disposal soldier in afghanastan.his dog died shortly after him. defo something about a sixth sense with dogs, and i dont go in for any of that paranormal stuff.but dogs just know stuff lol

Huan72 687
great tale, there was something in my eye as I read that. Watched a documentary about the dogs that the US marines used in the pacific in WW2. After 70 years those blokes still got emotional, the man and dog bond is unbreakable

Suzy Ross 236
Great find skycat, thanks for sharing. Amazing animal, I wonder if it was abandoned or the owner just run off when the plane crashed down. Whatever happened it was fate. Heart warming story.
