banjo48 0
Hi all I live in oz so all air rifles are FAC. I currently use a brno 452 .22lr for mainly bunny shooting. I am thinking of buying an pcp for use in areas not too conducive to the rimfire. nod nod. Been doing lots of googling and it seems most UK rifles are sub 12ft/lb, I am looking at something with a bit more umph ! Do these uk rifles come in higher power ratings for export ? I am currently in a country area so have no dealers near me to visit. Been looking at an Airforce condor, but like the traditional look of maybe an Air Arms 510 in .22 or a BSA Ultra. But open to recommendations from the knowledgeable here. Sorry if I'm repeating questions asked previously, I've done a search but cannot really find anything too relavent. Quote Link to post
Skot Ruthless Teale 1,701
For fac you might want something with a bigger air bottle so you get more shots.. What about a theoben rapid... Quote Link to post
secretagentmole 1,701
BSA Super 10 is also good in Export format (ie 28 ft lb). Basically any bottle fed rifle should give you a good shot count, like the Daystate Airwolf or Air Ranger, RWS 500 and the Theoben Rapids... Quote Link to post
Wildling 520
Most exported Air Rifles can be tailored to the individuals needs as long as its legal in his country of origin. As the lads have said for shot count go with a Buddy-Bottle type rifle and have fun. Quote Link to post
banjo48 0
Thanks for the quick replies, will look into the BSA super 10 and the Theoben, rapids. Be better when I get into civilization again as I travel full time in my RV so always difficult to make a new purchase like this when away from the dealers. Quote Link to post
