Breeding Pet Rabbits

Recommended Posts

"Rather than have heat cycles where the ovaries produce eggs during certain periods throughout the year, a rabbit is known as a reflex ovulator. This means the doe produces eggs in response to the buck’s stimulation of the vagina and this response will continue throughout the life of the rabbit."

The first time I tried they chased each other around a bit then just cuddled up and never actually seen them mate. Then tried a different doe and within seconds they had each other on there backs fur every were and head butting each other. Sick as a chip, meant to be so easy to breed but not having much luck
