andy97 209
ye its fine mate but just remember when you put the ferrets in the box to move them away so you don't pick up the others instead of the one your searching for Quote Link to post
iana 25
I use 3 to on box. If you listen real carefully all 3 of mine make a slightly different knocking noise so I normally know what ferrets where. Quote Link to post
The one 8,479
Ive 8 boxes and fourteen collars and they can all get used and more if im out with my mates you just have to drop the carrying box far enough away as said . If the ferrets getting the run around or the actions slow i drop more ferrets in at worst your only going to have a dig at best the rabbits bolt and you move on Quote Link to post
albert64 1,882
I use several collars to one box, you'll get a different tone when two ferrets are on the same rabbit Quote Link to post
lifelong cumbrian 1,826
I use 4 sometimes as I have 4 ferrets and put them all in big sets. The collars I have are from different places and have different sounds (knocks). This is handy as you know which ferret is where, or which has killed etc. I also put different coloured insulation tape on the collars then I can tell my white jills apart when they show at a hole, useful to know which is which at a glance then are more easy to keeps tabs on. ferretfatcamp 21
two collers close together give a double click and so if both ferrets are on the same rabbit you get the double click if not you get the normal click for each coller in different parts of the warren where ever the ferrets are we use 3 collers no problem Quote Link to post
