risingfriend 1,042
Hi mate give John (wurz ) a pm he has fitted a 98 barrel all be it in .22 but it is cracking to shoot, the 98 barrel as you may know is shorter but heavier/thicker so could help with muzzle flip Quote Link to post
gurtwurz 792
My thoughts exactly, bung a 98 barrel on it and get the tuning bits from Sandwell Webster mate, if you have it running at about 10-101/2 ft:lb it should be pretty shooter friendly. If your scopes a 3-9x whatever you should be fine. Dunno about the stock, I built my mk1 up with car body filler but that works a treat for me as I like a heavy gun (14lbs, I fekkin must!) slave 33
The CS700 is more of a sporter stock the CS800 is more for target the grip is straighter and the cheekpeice is higher. Quote Link to post
webster 90
cheers guys , been thinking about modding the stock i like the feel of it but might try and chissel a thumb cleff in . getting a sfs kit ordered tomorrow still thinking a standard length barrel is on the cards as i love the look of the longer barrel the gun is wearing now .
