tong po 129
could be cocci. I had similar problem with a couple of bullfinches 2 to 3 days and they were dead. treated all other birds with baycox just incase any others had it the rest have been ok since. fireman 10,992
I was thinking the same as Tong po but if the breathing is more of a panting or gasping then air sack mite maybe?,even with the more knowledgable folk it's a bit of a guessing game when a bird starts to go light (a general name for these symtoms)and your'll more than likely find her thin if you feel her breast.Bring her in the warm for a few days and good luck, lovely bird the issabel redpoll i've just bought a coloured hen with a normal spilt for issabel cock .
