Upgrading From Spring To Pcp

Hi im currently using aa tx200hc .22 for both target + field shooting but fancy upgrading to a pcp. I want a .177 something in the £600-700 price range. Anyone have any recommendations. Thanks

I wouldn't say you are "upgrading" when you go for pcp, more just a change of heart?, I say this exause if your looking for better accuracy, as long as you can shoot ur tx200 well u won't get better...

yeah, I 'upgraded' from a standard 97kt to a hw100kt

 

then I 'upgraded' again to a tuned hw98!

 

if I had to sell the 98 or the 100, the 100 would go first and id keep the 98.

 

as for the original post- shot properly your tx will be every bit as accurate as a pcp!

If I was thinking of buying a pcp I would go in this order:

 

BSA Ultra SE or HW100KT

 

My personal favourite Pcp at the moment is the Ultra SE.

 

Air Arms S510 new sporter with laminate stock.

 

BSA r10 or Air Arms S410K

 

Daystate Wolverine sub 12.

I own an FX Bobcat .22 and an HW100KT .177 - So my list would be....

1: Edgun Matador R3 (If they managed to get a seller within the UK - I'm too impatient waiting for deliveries)

2: Kalibrgun Cricket Standard Non Wooden Stock (Again, UK stockist only)

3: Weihrauch HW97 Blue Laminate

4: SFS Tuned HW98 (My first springer was a HW98 and it was AMAZING, and that was 2nd hand without being tuned )

 

Won't touch a Daystate ever again for personal reasons

And although I love my FX Bobcat, 6-10 days waiting for a reply from FX themselves is shit too...It's 2013 FFS, read your emails

Also, despite charging alot for the FX Airguns, their website is ALWAYS down
