BORDERSCOT 3,816
I was going to say, it's a fancy parsley sauce ain't it? Yeh it's like parsley sauce but thinner ,, I think they use the stock from the eels to make it,,, to be honest it's not as nice as good parsley sauce.. I went to a pie and mash shop last year, whilst in London after a recommendation from gnash,,, I couldn't believe how cheap it was,,, feck knows how wilf could eat double pie and mash,, I'm a big fella but I was full.. Proper bit of London coulture them shops,,, cos there's nothing like them anywhere else ,,,it was interesting people watching in there as well,,, mainly fellas,, all looked like geezers,,,lol,,, can you believe my mrs looked out of place in a shop in London ,,ha ha What's in the pies.......???? TOMO 26,503
Can't remember if there was a choice ,,, I had beef,, or mince,, defo not chicken,, the pie was just like the individual one you get from a supermarket or chipy,,, not one of your weird fried Scottish things ...lol I thought they might have been a piece from a big home made pie,,, but obviously at that price,, you couldn't make them cheaper
