jonah. 775
never tried the jellied way, doesnt appeal at all to be honest. skinned off, rolled in a simple batter and shallow fried they are good eating. rolled in flour and fried in butter come a close second.

NEWKID 27,234
I was working up in Cardiff and staying in a Korean place on the old Newport road, I fished a few nights a week to stay out of the pub, caught cod, doggies and conger,.. I'd take it back and the Korean chef would cook up,... " he said mister Kevin, you bring me eel fiss.." I took him in a strap conger about 5-6lb in weight... He looked at it like I'd shit in his work top.... "That's not eel fiss....!!!" ....he wanted freshwater eel for his sushi... The conger went in a nice soup he made though... I showed him how to skin dog fish as well, he made some lovely grub... I digress COME ON YOU HAMMERS lol...
