I WENT INTO MY LOCAL BUILDERS MERCHANTS TODAY TO FIND ONE OF THE STAFF SHATTING THEMSELVES DUE TO THE IDIOTIC RUBBISH ON FACEBOOK! walshie 2,804 Posted October 14, 2013 Report Share Posted October 14, 2013 Anyone know what the symptoms of a false widow bite are? My mrs was really ill for 2 weeks a couple of years ago. Swollen joints, everything aching, sleepy all the time. Doctor didn't have a clue and prescribed huge doses of antihistamines that made no difference. Several blood tests later and the result came back "spider bite". There was no localised bite and no-one knew what sort of spider it could have been. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
