Craig83 52
.25 80fpe Why not hey Quote Link to post
andy97 209
25 -30 is plenty mate 40 is more than enough I wouldn't bother with the 60 ad 80ft lb as its only the same range but a bit more stopping power but a hell of a lot more air used the 22 will do everything the 25 will do Quote Link to post
salop sniper 32
.22 @ 30ftlb is plenty for all air rifle quarry, it's what I have. Run a pellet between 900 & 950fps. A lot favour 16gn JSB / AA fields. No real need for 40ftlb plus. My FAC .22 Daystate Huntsman takes quarry very well, they never survive a JSB from the Huntsman at 30ftlb. Also plenty of pellet choice ! The Ranger is a beautiful rifle and will have plenty of shots at 30ftlb too if you want/ need the high shot count ! ATB Matt Quote Link to post

Craig83 52
So you guys won't agree with my 100fpe .303 wolverine then lol Quote Link to post
salop sniper 32
Craig I love the 100ftlb .303 Wolverine it's a beast. But I just don't see any point in it for the uk or you may as well just go the whole hog and go 357 Benjimin marauder ! 30ftlb maybe 40fltb .22 is plenty for the UK ! Quote Link to post
topshot26 30
100ftlb .303 wolverine Quote Link to post
