Guest MOLLY
molly that pie sounds nice , ilove black pud . tel me the recipe <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Rabbit (of course) medium onion, black pepper, small squirt of garlic puree, small tin of tomatoes (optional) small tin of butter beans. Oxo cube and veg cube. 4-5 slices of black pudding. Steam the bunnies, take off the best of the meat. Chop the onion and mix it together with everything else in an oven dish with water. Then cook for half an hour in the oven. Then add the rabbit and use either corn flour to thicken the gravy a little bit or gravy granules (depending upon your taste) Place the slices of black pudding on top of the mixture and top it off with the thick pie crust, bake again untill pastry is ready. Serve with steamed pots, carrots turnip, asparagus tips all with a layer of melted butter on top.....really good for keeping your colesterol levels up MOLL.
