Sling Swivels

Hi guys,

Ive recently picked up a 2nd hand hw97k. What size of sling swivels does it need?? And any opinions of good value ones.

i think they are the same as a Hw77 so the under lever one is just over 14mm i think

bisley 13.5 mm ones mate. or 15mm ones with some electrician tape under it.

14.5's are everso slightly too big on a Hw77.

 

13.5 i would think too small, defo for a 77 anyways.

 

id go for as close too 14 as possible

correct me if im wrong but the 97 and 77 use the exact same underlever, yes..?

I recommended the 13.5 bisley ones as I have personally fitted these to 2 separate hw97;s I used to own.

 

they are the perfect fit, to position them on the underlever without marking or scratching it you have to sort of hold them open a bit, but they clamp down and fit perfect!

 

otherwise I wouldn't have recommended them!

 

I have a set waiting to go on my hw77k aswell in my shooting box.
