So how we all getting on so far? My FHH coming along good had to drop her to 2lb 1.5 but now she's up to 2lb 2.5 and flying well take lure and bunny lure well! Ain't had chance to get her on the real thing yet but maybe this weekend ? gona take her out on farm tomorow see how she does across the fields get her following!

Hawk is ready to go hunting again, the weather is stopping us at the moment and the weekend forecast doesn't look good.

I had a primary that took for ever to drop she will be tail mounted and new anklets and jesses on sat bin droping her weight slowley over the past couple of weeks hoping to come out round 2.3 then get her jumping..time being bin ferriting to get rabbit for her still to much cover at the moment

Went lamping wed night, the bloody wind was that strong, I had to approach the bunnies upwind of them (always a good idea not) when he finally got a chase the rabbit turned into the wind and he could only manage to grab its arse, and of course got kicked off going to go out tonight if the wind settles down a bit, but I am not holding my breath.

Took my fhh out on sunday to be kitted out in her new equip been manning her alleeek. Been slowly dropping her weight the past 2 weeks shes sitting at 2lb3.2 this morning.. Gonna get her hopping tonight then creance this weekend along with some lure work..

frustrating to be hionest, lost three days now to weather, he going for lure well, but needs fitness, weight and responce excellent, jst need to build um up now for task in hand, plenty of time yet though, been a funny year weatherwise though, the cover still right up manyplaces giving the quarry a little to many options for a falcon, still enjoyed first fday flying him free and the sence of relief when he come back down to lure , well that never changes as you boys know, my confidence in him was a little dented when I first pulled him out, I was a little overconfident, howeevr its coming back,, am hoping the wind will drop later on so I can haul his arse out and fly the wings off him, good luck lad shope the weekend delivers for youse all
