alan81 110
you could wrap some boxing bandage around her stoppers when your going to run her. I had a bitch who ripped her stoppers so they were barely hanging on so I cut them off, I know that sounds bad but they were just hanging on by skin. she never had a problem with them again. 1 Quote Link to post

Only thing is once they have no stoppers you may have to bind up the place with vet wrap before running them, with a bit of sponge where the stopper used to be, or they can get tendon damage if run on bad ground. oddser 79
stopper pad is there to protect the stopper bone so if its gone then you need to run with it taped up if stopper bone gets damaged it can be the end for the dog as its one of the worst injuries dog can get 1 Quote Link to post
