Elliott 436
Just got a new perm chaps, 250-ish acres of mainly grazing land with a couple of maize fields. The best bit of it all is the farm is behind my garden wall I moved in 12 months ago and have been desperate to speak to the farmer but thought it would be best to let things settle for a while. I popped round last night and he signed all my papers and denoted the boundary on a map. So what is there? As far as I can tell everything from Wood pigeon, Collard doves, Crows, Jackdaws (literally 100's of those), rabbits.. you name it. The farm has lots of outbuildings and a milking parlor where the Jackdaws are causing problems around the food troughs. The set up is almost identical to the buildings HuntersVermin shoos in on YouTube. I have ordered a replacement camera mount for my scope so as soon as that arrives I'll be out filming and shooting the HW77K and Annie HMR so watch out for the footage Absolutely over the moon and what a nice chap the farmer is too. Looking forward to the lamp I have on order arriving so I can get out in the evenings and walk straight out the back door with my rifle. Just doesn't get much better than that does it 3 Quote Link to post
