Country Joe 1,411
This is a piss take, but this subject comes up time and time again, Lads advertising their stock as laguna Whippets, As been said Luguna is not a breed its a prefix of the late Mrs Dorrit Mckay, Same as in Greyhound racing Westmead belongs to the Savvas, If you bought a Whippet from mrs Mckay, you still could not call it Laguna whatever, without the owner of the prefix permission. How about people offer a bit of advice and steer him in the right direction instead of trying to make him look stupid? There's obviously a few on here that have replied who know a bit about whippets who could help him out. Educate don't berate. I know a bit about whippets but it won't be any help. 9 Link to post

sandymere 8,263
What you have is a mongrel of a type known as lurchers and breeding it to a whippet means the puppies will be mongrels/ lurchers not whippets. I suggest you buy a whippet puppy if that's what you want as lurcher puppies can be difficult to find good homes for. Ps for those who want something to throw blue whippets, I recon I could get one abut twenty yards if I got the right spin on it lol. 2 Link to post
