nothernlite 18,089
It would be a boring all life, if us Rabbiters just used Whippets, Beddys have been bred with Whippets for years and if this cross didn't produce a decent rabbiting dog then nobody would do it. Then theres the cost, most pedigree whippet breeders are looking for £350 £400 a pop. theres a guy out this way sells non pedigree whippets for 300 to 350 Quote Link to post
GAMEDOG 106
There's some 1st class example's of this unique type of Lurcher on here,a credit to you all. While they might not be everyone's cup of tea,not ideal for the biggest vermin out there, they excell at what they were bred for,(It's Horse's for course's) I fear for this type though as I can sort of see it going the same way as the 'en-vouge' type of Sunday-Stroller Plastic Countryman's dog, like the Bearded-Fell is becoming, the've ruined many of Our other dogs! I could breed and sell 'Alfred' type's allday long but it would be very irresponsible of me as by the year's out most of the buyer's would be returning the dog's saying ''Everytime I let Alfie of the lead he come's back with a rabbit,it's not nice in front of our dog-walking group''. Keep em tight, close to your own! Keep the picture's coming. Happy-Hunting! 2 Quote Link to post

old school 552
Just a tad small but I love that wee bitch for general hunting and I've my name on one of lurcher2020 pups... Sonny2009 also has a litter from two first crosses but something tells me they might be related to my wee bitch so I'm not sure if il get one... If they are related to mine they should have endless amounts of drive... Fence hopper/joball bred mine!! 2 Quote Link to post
