budharley 945
What relevance does them having a drink make? Thousands upon thousands of couple do it on a regular basis at the weekend, during the week even. The only mistake they made was to leave there children unattended. Although I'm sure they thought they were perfectly safe in a locked apartment. Good point you make Stabba about these fannies that try and hide the truth... But the outcome of those were they were caught out because eventually they slipped up....the McCanns have not and it's been on a far grander scale which again makes me believe they are not involved. Maybe I'm old fashioned mate but I don't believe in getting pissed round your kids.. It's actually against the law in the UK to be intoxicated while you have a child under 6 in tow.. Nothing wrong with having a few drinks, but to leave your kids asleep and go on the piss with your mates is a c**ts trick IMO.. thats right they are guilty and should be punished imho-took my 2 toddlers abroad last october-all inclusive-didnt drink for the whole holiday-not about me and the wife-all about the kids if they wanted to go out drinking then they should of payed and taken a relative/nanny with them-they got enough coin the twisted fucks-they killed her and covered it up IMO-and people defending them really have no f*****g idea when you have children of your own -there will be a part of you that will do ANYTHING TO PROTECT THEM-and leaving them drugged in a locked hotel room is not in any way protecting them some f****r should run a blade through them both bobby have you got a link that says they drugged them or is it here say , I agree you don't leave your kids full stop and if they are guilty they deserve to hang I just don't see how they can hide her on foreign soil . I do believe they should have some punishment for what they done but if it turns out they are innocent I think they have suffered enough and you all should hang your heads in shame .

Not for one minute do I believe 2 middle class parents were pissed up at a Tapas bar with there kids in the apartment. Probably had a couple of glasses of wine with dinner or something similar. Do you know what a tapas bar is mate? It's a pub with a few nibbles scattered about the place, you don't go there for a meal.. Don't be fooled by the middle class bit either, everyone likes a piss up with their mates irrespective of their background.. I know very few upper class folk and the ones I do know are permanently pished! Would your opinion of them change if they were a working class couple who were at an Irish bar on the karaoke when their kid was pinched?

Would your opinion of them change if they were a working class couple who were at an Irish bar on the karaoke when their kid was pinched? Certainly not......I'm only going on what people are saying mate. Making out like they were pissed up pair of alkis away to the pub and forgot about there children..... I just don't see it that way and nobody will change my mind mate until evidence proves otherwise. As for the Tapas bar its irrelevant if they went for a meal or a few drinks the mistake was leaving there children alone. It's easy now for everyone to point the finger after this horrendous outcome but I'd be interested to know how many times this happened before it. Reminds me of what power the media has....20 years ago if your dog to a shit in the park no one batted an eyelid..... Now your the f***ing scum off the earth if you don't pick it up.

I could be totally wrong and they have killed we wont know until something gets found will we

Malt 379
You're the only one who has mentioned they were a pissed up pair of alkies who forgot about their kids on the way to the pub, don't twist my words please mate, I certainly didn't say or even suggest that anywhere.. This is going round in circles, I can only repeat the same thing in so many ways.. I'll leave it with something similar to what Wilf said earlier.. If you had a couple of million quid in £50 notes, would you leave it unattended in your house while you went round to a neighbours or down the road to the local pub for a few pints?? NEWKID 27,158
There's no argument against leaving little kids alone whilst you go off for a meal, drink whatever.... They have to live with that, I know I couldn't, your role as a parent is to protect your kids, you shouldn't leave them in a situation where you can no longer protect them IMO....hanging them, locking them up etc will not hurt as much as the knowledge you've let your child down and failed the basic Parental role of protection....as on evidence ( not hear say, conspiracies etc) they have not been charged with hurting their child, so are they not right to keep this in the public eye for ever......?

I seriously hope they never get a good notes sleep again and that poor wee lassie is 1st and last thing thing that goes through there minds everyday, Wilf hit nail on head, you wouldn't leave the winning lotto ticket laying about unsupervised, never mind your priceless child or children... bet they never left prescription pads laying about to get took.... NEWKID 27,158
There's 2 separate issues to this... 1) you f****d up and left your kids, and paid the ultimate price...... 2) now should you f**k off quietly and try to get on with whatever's left of your life.... or should you keep kicking up a stink and being a complete nuisance in the slim hope you may see your child again..... If ever they are found guilty of hurting their own child then the whole thing changes IMO
gonetoearth 5,144
We. Can all sit and rant and rave come up with aand draw. Comparisons , i can relate back to the days when kids were left in chalets in holiday camps all over the uk. While the adults went to the bars on the camp site while baby and child wardens would ciculate and report back and compares and a light on stage would flash child crying in chalet no what ever the world has changed. And while we let child killers etc of with stupid sentences. It will continue like ive said. There were wrong to leave the children. And have paid a price i would not wish on any one. Just hope the british police make a better job than the porgies and there investgations. Are succesfull. I beleave the child is alive. Just hope they track her down
