Chris Packham = Dick Head

Recommended Posts

I prefer foxes to Packham that's for sure, if I seen him in middle of 1 field, and a Fox in middle of another. I'd rather slip on the slippery mangey fooker that Packham is.... who really cares what antis think? They are deluded anyway so trying to behave to keep them happy is pure delusional ffs

Even years ago when he done really wild road show, could tell he was a swanker..... I'd love to slap him about the chops with a gutted bunny.....

I don't think foxes pose any realistic threat to anyone either, I suppose that makes me a bellend too   I think the mentality shown by the comments above are very damaging to the view people have o

i tend to agree with the above. i have a love of wildlife. however i still understand that we have a part to play. i feed the odd fox. i like to see them about. but i also know that they are a pest in

I think the mentality shown by the comments above are very damaging to the view people have on hunters, I can tell people I love nature which is true and that I think hunting is less cruel than farming etc But what's the point in trying to explain I don't hate animals when they can just log on to an open forum and get the impression we all do...I don't hate foxes, but I understand they need managing in certain circumstances, the same with all hunted species. So why bother trying to fight the hunting ban etc if you give the antis all they need.

i like to see foxes around mate but for someone as high profile as him to say they pose no threat and encouraging people to feed them is ridiculas

it doesnt make you a bell end because thats just your opinion and your not shouting it from the roof tops but packham is putting in to the media to swing peoples views on foxes which have no reason being in towns

its a known fact that town foxes are no where near as healthy as the trully wild foxes of the country side and theyve attacked kids peoples dogs and cats and they can leave your garden in a right state

it's very unfortunate that those who shout loudest are heard the most: goes for each side of the fence. It's a bit like the reputation the Brits have abroad in certain holiday resorts: the locals think that the females are all sluts, and the males are booze addicted. They could be forgiven for thinking that the UK is made up of this sort of idiot. Same goes for hunting: the general public, who know nothing apart from what they read in the press, and as usual, those of us who aren't bloody thirsty killing idiots keep our heads down, and don't do anything to change public perception of either hunters or cuddly foxes.

cwis packham, aka tony Angelino aint it funny that the bbc never give the 2 sides to the storey, always the doo gooder everything in life is all peaceful and harmonic and we all just live on fresh air. except the truth is totally opposite the bbc = buggering british children, the world is a viscous place where the weak get eaten alive and the meat we eat comes from animals not grown in a supermarket and for years the bbc covered up the pedo ring that it is

Don't know if it's already been posted ...just another example of BBC's anti agenda

"BBC magazine refuses Countryside Alliance advert

Wednesday, 2 October 2013

We were approached a couple of weeks ago by the advertising team for the BBC Countryfile magazine asking if we wanted to publicise our online shop, the Countryside Marketplace, in their Christmas gift guide. We sent over copy and all seemed to be in order until our marketing manager, Niall Wenborn, got a call today saying that the advert had been passed on to someone “high up” for “compliance” and they had vetoed taking advertising from us as we are involved in political lobbying. Niall replied “do you mean hunting” and the ad person said he “expected so”. If proof was needed that the BBC, and Countryfile in particular, like to offer a sanitised version of the countryside that bears very little resemblance to the reality for farmers and others living there, this is it."

If people want to feed foxes in a city centre I don't really care, I don't see what harm it does to anyone because like I said I don't think foxes are a threat. Maybe to the odd cat, but that's hardly a bad thing imo and if you let a pet walk free then you have to take the consequences. Cat debates aside though, seriously what harm do urban foxes actually do? For a large percentage of the population Packham is right that it might be the only interaction they ever have with any 'wildlife' and they may get people thinking about the countryside a little bit. Or they might get sick of foxes and see why in some places they get controlled. The flip side is that they get badger status and people think they talk to each other in the woods, but everyone gets Disney and other things drilled into them from birth anyway seeing the reality can't do any worse.

But I agree 100%, urban foxes look terrible and nearly all have mange. A proper fox is a beautiful animal and if it doesn't run away it freaks me out, I hate cities.

I saw pics of a fox killed in London and it was the size of a dog, Trouble is they get food easy and have very few predators in a town or city. As they are not controlled, any attack could be really bad. Fact is, the man is in position of relative power and should wield that responsibly and he dont coz he is in fact a bell end. Liking foxes or any wildlife doesnt make you a bell end, making dumb comments on telly that could backfire does though I reckon.

not all foxes around towns are mangy feckers. ive pics of a fair few of em. all in good nic, they do kill cats. ive seen it with my own eye's. they are capable of all sorts of mischief. including biteing attacking small dogs. killing pet rabbits etc. so need controlling when nessesary.
