harry does the job...gets an average team, and takes them somewhere. he did well at portsmouth, with the FA cup. and then tottenham the year afterr, (i think that was the year he won manager of the year)

 

I think hes the only english manager that has past form on getting the best out of teams, another couple who do well with average teams in my opinion (although not all english managers) chris hughton is bringing norwich on, they've played well so far this season and that chelsea scoreline the other day didnt do them justice. in the past martin oneill, did a good job at leicester and villa. and roberto martinez, what he did at wigan and what hes shaping up to do at everton.

International foot ball is nothing like prem or any other league. Its tournorment competition football Were they get minimal contact with players. Rednapp would have been perfect for the job. Personally i dont think foreign managers should be allowed in International football...........managers are a big part of a sides success these days if we can have a foreign manager we might as well have a foreign player........................With that in mind i dont see who could of done the job better than Harry

I hear the F.A have made approaches to the young lad who scored for Man utd at the weekend !!! no English connection at all ,he moved here to play football so may be eligible in a couple of years .How can you take pride in a foreigner playing for your country ?and with clubs signing younger and younger foreign kids its going to happen more often, Its mercenary , its wrong and unless its nipped in the bud it will tarnish any achievement England or any other country that does it achieves in the future .

Totally agree Stan i heard something about once the player has played in a country for 5 years he is then eligible to play for that country so long as he hasnt already played for another nation................totally defeats the object of International football.

How do you base eligibility to play for a country,,, ? Is it the country your born in,, or the country you grow up in
