its not a flea or mite treatment fay, its an antibacterial skin wash, it will act as some sort of shampoo as it lathers up well, it may even assist in a mild skin condition, but it doesnt kill any mechanical dandruff. Try it, may well improve the cleanliness of the coat, if the dog has a poor coat, may well be worth looking at whats causing the poor coat as opposed to trying to mask it??? if you get my drifft ???

Regards

Sounds like you know what your doing fay, when i,v had dogs with dry coats i,v always up'd the amount of oily fish i give them, i even put a spoon full of oil in every meal, working from the inside out usually works with the coat, if its the skin too you might want to post in the working dog health section, theres some better imformed folk on there, atb, buster.

It could be a symptom of hypothyroidism. Very easily corrected with thyroxin tablets after test by vet, my Border terrier suffered from it all his life. I hope you can get it sorted easily whatever is causing it.
