Hi

 

I like to get two pigeon breasts slice them at about 5mm thick. Get a sandwich bag put in some flour, salt,pepper and paprika put the sliced breast in and shake untill the meat is covered. Heat some olive oil in a pan untill red hot then put the meat slices into the hot oil for aprox 4 mins then serve with some sweet chilli dip. This makes a nice quick snack.
