quagmire 6 Posted October 5, 2013 Report Share Posted October 5, 2013 Hi I like to get two pigeon breasts slice them at about 5mm thick. Get a sandwich bag put in some flour, salt,pepper and paprika put the sliced breast in and shake untill the meat is covered. Heat some olive oil in a pan untill red hot then put the meat slices into the hot oil for aprox 4 mins then serve with some sweet chilli dip. This makes a nice quick snack. BIG G wheton machine 1,594 Posted October 6, 2013 Report Share Posted October 6, 2013 i put my fav on a while back. slice 2 breasts bout the same thickness then flash fry them in a pan with black pepper then add an oxo in a little water, reduce until gravy goes thick and put it on a bed of buttery champ and a few roasties. lovely for a dinner Quote Link to post Share on other sites
