Craig Fosse 286
Hi guys, I'm looking for a change in boots for the winter, i normally roam about my permission in wellies but last winter I suffered a lot with the cold weather injuries from my feet due to my time In the forces, and they get very cold quickly... And numb. I'm looking at some hunting boots that are really nicely insulated, if possible the height of wellies due to the crops and long grass on my permission, I have had a look around but nothing really bites my bullet so to speak. Wondering if anyone has any suggestion... Be interesting what people suggest Cheers, Craig Quote Link to post
toby63 1,236
i have a pair of laksens good for walking in and fully water proof and warm and not to heavy either but not quite the height of wellies .you could put a pair of over trousers on. Quote Link to post
Craig Fosse 286
The problem with over trousers is they make a hell of a lot of noise so I'm trying to compromise Edited October 5, 2013 by Craig Fosse Quote Link to post

Not the best things for walking the fields but ideal in the farm yards 1 Quote Link to post
