chelsea 125
been a big drinker in my younger days and taking a few other things along the way lol. but paying bills and having a young'un has changed that (for the better of course) the last few years I've been going on and off the sauce, I don't miss it when im off it and I feel better for it. and when I do have a few I its not like the old days haha. and the day after is a write off. thinking of packing it in altogether, cant really have two/three pints and head home its all or nothing with me. there must be people on here in the same boat or have been? how many of you's jacked it in and how many of you's still go on benders or just have a few? don't worry its not an aa meeting, Same here mate loved going on bender weekends don't anymore maybe now and again or special event hung over for days after one night

Its no big deal to stand in a pub and just drink soft drinks, don't bother me in the least. I have seen plenty of blokes who would have been rich men but couldn't leave the booze alone and wound up pissing it all up the wall.

keepdiggin 9,559
If i'm out i'll go for it...as showcased at the fishing comp my hangovers are evil though and i feel it's a waste of a day so i only really go out when my arms twisted or a bird is involved! I can't bring myself to drink in the house though, much prefer a pint of ice cold Pepsi Max or Fanta....rock n roll I'm exactly the same don't drink in the house unless its a house party. stabba 10,745
Very rarely drink at all..then it's about 4 pints max...Know a few who cant keep their mouth shut once the drinks in em..these lads reckon they dont have a problem. I'd disagree. Bit sad when you need a few beers to say what you should say whilst sober
