zini 1,939
Tim Finley an ex champion shooter has now tried the Sandwell Field Sports HW98 and says its the finest spring rifle he as ever used. So good he's now got one on order himself. The word is slowly getting out. Don't miss out lads, feel the power of the HW98 black hole rifle . Edited September 28, 2013 by zini 5 Quote Link to post

zesto 9
I wonder if SFS will export one of his tuned HW98's to New Zealand. I suppose I'd better e-mail Tony and ask. I've shot a standard FAC HW98 and it was very accurate but twangy. Quote Link to post
zini 1,939
No twang at all on a SFS tuned HW98 mate. Just silk and death rolled into one. 2 Quote Link to post

You'd make a very successful salesman Zini. You've convinced me I must have a SFS tuned HW98 at all costs. Edit: Hope SFS does exports. Edited September 29, 2013 by zesto 1 Quote Link to post
zini 1,939
The word is starting to get around now mate just how good they really are. They seem to have been a very good kept secret that is now hitting the scene. Way back in November last year when me and Davy were up at SFS we asked Tony what springer he would have if any to use for targets and HFT (from any in the world) and he said a .177 SFS S1 tuned HW98 without a doubt. At that stage I had never shot one. Now I'm blown away by them. I think a .22 one would just be dead and deadly on vermin aswell. The two I've now shot love Falcon Accuracy Plus .177 pellets. Very very accurate with them. Si. 1 Quote Link to post

Buster321c 1,010
I gotta disagree Si . The words getting round now ? Sorry but people in the know have always known the an SFS tune is highly ranked , its up with the best in the game , without a doubt . Tony has alwaus been a legend round these parts , and also with the guys at the top of their game , but for those thst have yet to discover him , AWESOME , is not an understatement . Ive had SFS tuned guns ( springers ) that easily match top end Pcp's . Buster 2 Quote Link to post
zesto 9
I gotta disagree Si . The words getting round now ? Sorry but people in the know have always known the an SFS tune is highly ranked..... I think Si was referring specifically to the SFS tuned HW98 in this case. You chaps are lucky to have such a talented tuner on your doorstep, so to speak. By the sound of it there can't be too many in the world with the tuning skills of Tony Wall. Quote Link to post
