ian118118 10
My hw97k had a sticky safety, I just punched the trigger mechanism out and then took the safety out, wiped the dirt off which was on it and put it back in. Works flawlessly now. Atb Ian Quote Link to post

davyt63 1,845
If the trigger settings haven't been altered then safety problems can be caused by lack of lube, AA reccomend a drop of light oil on the safety button on a regular basis. It's surprising how many people spend hours cleaning and lubing every bit of their TX or Prosport but forget the safety button! Hi As TT has said, had the same problem myself, drop of oil and it was sorted! Quote Link to post
zesto 9
If the oil on the safety doesn't work then the trigger needs adjusting. Quote Link to post
