life just comes a bit more easy when you`ve got a few quid and you don't have to struggle to pay your bills .. you cant beat hiding from the rent man,walking 7 mile to work and living off poached pheashants lamped rabbits and veg raided off the allotments to make you want to strive to do better when it comes to earning money.. :D

That's the problem now mate, younger folk don't know what it's like to go to a food cupboard and find nothing in it apart from a few dusty tins of fruit hiding away in the corner that are about 2 years past their sell buy date! :D

 

weds nights dinner cornflakes and warm milk :D thurs pay day :boogy: .....

 

I can remember my mum stood by the door with her coat on ready to go to the shops as soon as my old man came home on pay days mate! :D Absolutely f**k all left in the house to eat! :D

That's the problem now mate, younger folk don't know what it's like to go to a food cupboard and find nothing in it apart from a few dusty tins of fruit hiding away in the corner that are about 2 years past their sell buy date! :D

 

 

Well hidden behind the pot noodles these days :laugh:

 

aldi was a life saver when it first opened ---baked beans 7p and a sliced loaf 9p ----you could eat like a king for 20 quid a week .. :D

I've seen old dears putting there own dints in tins, because there was nothing in the half price dinted tins they fancied :laugh:

Money isn't the root of all evil. People who don't love money live in a dream world. Everyone should want more and I can't understand why not. It's almost a given up attitude IMO.

Want more but at what cost ?

 

It has to be a system thats fair

 

Whats not fair is your average Joe getting TAXED To fook while the Rich know all the loopholes and have the funds to employ solicitors/accountants ect to exploit them.

 

Whilst Goverment turn a blind eye ,

 

Why ?

 

 

You're right it should be fair........ flat rate of tax across the board. That would be fair imo.

Work for benefit is another bit of political pish for the masses.........how the f**k are they gonna swing that with all the people who do those jobs already and get paid for it, how can the unemployed be made to do longer hours community work that a convicted criminal?
