Maximus Ferret 2,063
The grounds still hard here in cork. It got so dry in summer that the drizzle we've had hasn't done a lot to it. I had a poor season on the local river too with hardly enough water for the fish to come up. I reckon the river only rose once during the whole summer. Edited September 26, 2013 by Maximus Ferret 1 Quote Link to post

Stigodadump 64
It's not often us Paddies are complaining about it been too dry! it's usually too feckin wet! I don't really have a problem with dry hard ground with my dogs, I aren't keen on hard frosty ground unless it's covered in a good wad of rough grass. My bedi whippets don't seem to be to troubled by bad conditions, they have good feet and get plenty of road work to keep 'em right. Quote Link to post
