AR177 588
Hi all, If some of you can remember I had a pre midlife crisis in July and placed an order for an Edgun Matador Long R3M (multishot) .. Well today it turned up!!! First impressions are good and i cant wait to get it on the range and see what she can do! very light, shoulders very well and has a really good feel to her, although very light it has a real robust feel and feels sturdy and well put together! here are the first pics In the bag you get 2 x10 shot mags which are similar to HW or Webley mags with no moving parts, fill probe, spare o rings and user guide/ warranty book trigger is decent, not as good as the daystates or the hw two stage ones but its nice, fits the finger well and has a nice clean break the pistol grips fits my hand very well and iIfind it very easy to shoulder All in all i am very pleased, when the scope arrives ill get some chrono / groups done and let you know how she performs Oh and she is .22 4 Quote Link to post

AR177 588
Yes I know its a marmite gun, but I really like it and at least not everyone is going to have one like the daystates / Hws / Rapids Could possibly be the first multishot edgun in the country .. or at least one of the first 2 Quote Link to post

zini 1,939
Great Russian proven hunting rifle. Great calibre Great scope Adam. Its going to be a cracking combo mate. Before you get time to properly calibrate your ret. Try between 9.5 and x10 mag mate from a 25 yard zero. 2 Quote Link to post

Elliott 436
Nice one Adam, Ted from Ted's Holdover rates them highly. His it seems has been pushed to one side a little after getting the new FX Bullpup. Look forward to seeing how you get on with it pal. The only bad thing I can see is that the bolt would be difficult to operate whilst the gun is in your shoulder. Perhaps it's easier than it looks. All the best with it! AR177 588
Cheers Elliot, I don't think it's going to be able to cock it in the aim... I'll just have to make sure I don't miss haha! Yeah I was trying to get hold of an fx bulpup but they had know idea when they would be available in sub12 ... They have the variable power setting.. I suppose I could have got one really as I have my FAC but I'd rather just have a dedicated sub12 Quote Link to post
zini 1,939
X9.5 to 10 mag will give you 5 yard intervals between aim points Adam. 1 Quote Link to post
