Really sorry to read this, losing your best friend is devastating, no matter what species they are.

 

Pain gets easier and is replaced by the recollection of all the epic times. When my dog died I couldnt speak to anyone about her for about a month but now I love chatting about all the fun we had together, without that lump in my throat.
